Starting last April 13, 2020, all OFW who qualify for the DOLE-AKAP program can now process their applications. DOLE-AKAP program for OFW's is a financial assistance for displaced OFW's (land based and sea based) that lost their job during this COVID-19 pandemic. Qualified OFW's will receive one time cash assistance of USD$200 or PHP10,000. Not much, but at least can help us thru this down time.
